Move Inventory Defaults
Four configurable defaults that streamline moves and enforce your warehouse policies.
1. Default From Location
Auto-populates the starting location field. Use 'ByRank' to intelligently pick the first stocked location, enter a specific code like 'LOC001', or leave blank for manual entry.

Benefit: Saves keystrokes and ensures speed when picking from designated staging areas.
2. Allow Negative Quantity
Controls whether locations with zero or negative stock appear in searches. Recommended 'Unchecked' to prevent accidental moves from empty locations.

3. Item/Loc Not Found Action
Determines behavior when an item/location combo doesn't exist in the ERP at the destination. Adapt to strict or high-volume workflows.

4. Lot Not Found Action
